Privacy Policy

DAYONE is a small morning computer club. We keep as little of your information as we can, and we explain plainly what we do keep. This page reads like our dailies — one checked section at a time.

What we collect

When you book a seat through the form on our site, you give us a name, an email address, a date, an arrival window, and a drink choice. That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details online, and we do not build profiles about you. If you email or call us, we keep that message only as long as it takes to answer you.

Why we keep it

Your booking details let us hold the right station at the right time and pour the drink you asked for. Your email is used to confirm the reservation or to reach you if something about your morning changes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Cookies

Our site uses a couple of small cookies. One remembers that you have seen and accepted this notice, so the banner does not greet you every visit. A second may help us count visits so we know which mornings are busy. These stay on your own device. You can clear them any time through your browser, and the site will still work without them.

How long we hold it

Booking records are kept only as long as they are useful for running the club, then removed. If you would like us to delete your details sooner, send a note to the email in the footer and we will take care of it. You can ask what we hold about you at any time.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date on the next visit will reflect it. Continued use of the site after a change means you are comfortable with the current version. Questions are always welcome at the desk or by email.
