Terms of Use

These are the house rules for DAYONE. They keep the morning calm and fair for everyone who books a station. Using our site or visiting the club means you are on board with them.

Bookings and seats

A reservation holds a station for your chosen arrival window. Please arrive within it so we can pass the seat on if plans change. The early-bird rate applies to arrivals before ten, and it holds for the length of that session. Seats are shared honestly and first come, first served when the room is quiet.

Sharing the room

Mornings here are meant to be calm. Keep voices low, headsets on until the room fills, and the space around your station tidy. Treat the towers, screens, boards, and chairs with care — if something is not working, tell the desk rather than fixing it yourself. We may ask anyone disrupting the quiet to step out.

Coffee, food, and the counter

Filter coffee and tea come with the early seat. You are welcome to bring a light bite, but please keep drinks away from the keyboards and clear your cups on the way out. We do not run a kitchen and cannot store food for you. Spills happen — just flag them so we can dry the station properly.

Fair play

Play what you like within the law and in good taste. This is an entertainment space for games, practice, and quiet work — nothing more. We do not host any form of gambling, and we ask guests not to use our stations for it. Accounts, saves, and personal files are your responsibility; log out before you leave.

Changes and liability

Hours, rates, and rituals can shift with the seasons; the current version always lives on our site. We look after the equipment, but we cannot be responsible for personal belongings left unattended — keep an eye on your bag. If these terms change, the updated page applies from your next visit.
